Reservation Rules & Policy:
1.A credit card guarantee is required upon reservation. We take the greatest care to ensure that your credit card details and other personal information are secured all times our reservations process is handled on a secure server that encrypts your credit card information so that it is protected against unauthorized use.
2.Credit card is required for this reservation, to confirm and guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be charged 30% deposit require from the total amount. For pending 70% of total amount, Hotel will charge you when you check-out.

Cancellation Rules & Policy:
1.Cancellation:
*All cancellations must be made 14 days before arrival date or will incur a penalty charge of one night accommodation.
2.No Show:
if you fail to show up at the hotel and cancellation has not been received at our office and confirmed by email,
no refund will be made and Hotel will charge you one night accommodation.
3.Early Departure:
In case of early check-out or shortening of stay, Hotel will charge you one night plus number of nights stayed accommodation. no refund will be made.
4. Child Policy:
No Charge for children under 8 years old. Free extra bed and compulsory ABF charge 50%.(ABF : 500 baht)


Remarks:
1. Room Rates include 10% service charge and 7% VAT and are based on per room per night basis.
2. Extra bed is 1,500Baht
